   This gym has made extreme improvement over the last month
        - No longer smells like bigfoots d***
        - Washroom no longer looks muddled
        - Washroom no longer smells like an abandoned porta potty
        - New equipment
2. Manager is engaged and thoughful
3. They offer bottled water so you don't die from drinking Midland "water"
4. They care about your well being by offering bottled water
5. Offer a safe space from the meet heads

Things I don't like
1. Full of meet heads (downstairs)
2. You have to go upstairs to avoid meet heads
3. The free weights are never organized

* Solution to "thing 3" (1&2 you can't do anything about or the NMHA 'National Meet Head Association' will be on your case)

*** Ok back to solutions I don't want to get political here
1 - (best option) -
    Have your front desk employees make sure free weights are organized and in the right spot periodically throughout the day (every hour is the best way to do this BECAUSE it will be less of a task and more of a upkeep once you get a routine)

*** To further explain option one if that wasn't enough
     You are already paying them to be at work right? So why are they not working... 85% of the time they are on their phone looking at Instagram models doing absolutely nothing. Your not there to look cute at the front desk girls... you are there to do a job... and in my very blunt opinion this should be one of your jobs 'tasks'.

Ok that's enough of that.. you have a solution. Don't have the mentality that it doesn't matter because it does.. and if you want to run a sloppy business then so be it. It's not that hard. And I know for a fact you're loosing business over this very very simple thing.

AND PLEASE PLEASE DON'T RESPOND TO THIS WITH A 'well if you guys would just re-rack your weights then...' Unfortunately that is not how this works... Most of us do... but not in the right spot because we're not going to re-organize your entire f****** weight rack for you. Get a routine and stay on top of it (manager) and this issue will be resolved.

Havent got a chance to use all of the available amenities yet, but have been here to workout a few times. I would have to agree with the previous reviewers regarding the smell. It smelly like sweaty man pits the moment you walk in the door. It takes me a good 30-45 minutes to get use to the smell each time. I think this may be due to how warm it is let in there. I like a good sweat, but i don't think 76 degrees is a good gym temp. I also noticed there seem to be a lot of people who don't care to put the weights back where they found them, but this isn't necessarily a fault of the gym. It could be cleaner, it could smell a lot better, but it is a cheap place with a great selection of equipment so it's hard to beat.

I love everything about this gym. The equipment, plenty of cardio machines. The staff and the class trainers are amazing. The classes they offer are great. They keep me motivated. And not to mention free childcare coming from Cali that saves a lot of money and keeps the excuses to a zero.
